Summary

Who you are: The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence will report to the Senior Director of Analytics and lead the way in turning data into actionable insights across our portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with operators, executives, and cross-functional teams to build reports, surface key trends, and help drive strategy at both the concept and company level. You'll also support the rollout and ongoing use of AI tools across the organization. What you'll do: * Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders that supports our business objectives and growth * Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau to monitor key business metrics * Collaborate with restaurant operators and leadership to uncover insights that inform menu, staffing, and marketing decisions * Analyze sales, labor, and guest data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement * Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations and visualizations * Be the in-house technical expert for all things AI, including managing the enterprise AI tool we are bringing in house; this includes constructing and launching agentic AI tools across the org, monitoring usage and optimizing flows as needed * Work directly with AWS engineers to manage the data warehouse What we need from you: * 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field * Strong proficiency with Tableau and Python * Solid working knowledge of Alteryx for data analysis and automation * Excellent communication and storytelling skills-able to translate data into action * Experience in hospitality or restaurants is a bonus What you'll get from us: * Annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, plus bonus potential* * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Paid Time Off to support you with an active life outside of work * Paid Parental Leave * Life Insurance * Flexible Spending Options (health care, dependent care, transit & parking) * Employee Assistance Program to support overall mental wellbeing * Exclusive access to primary care, mental health, and other healthcare services * Annual dining credit and 51% dining discount throughout the USHG family of restaurants * Matched 401(k) to help you invest in your future * Access to the USHG HUGS Employee Relief Fund * The above represents the expected salary range for this position.
