Business Developmet Manager / Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Edtech - Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of Admission Counsellor/ BDA to achieve monthly targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and drive sales of Edtech products/services.
3. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
4. Team Performance: Monitor and optimize team performance, provide coaching and guidance to improve sales skills, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
5. CRM and Reporting: Utilize CRM software to track sales progress, analyze data, and report weekly sales goals and objectives to senior management.
6. Product Expertise: Stay updated on company Edtech products and services, and ensure team members are informed to effectively sell and support clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams in the Edtech industry
- Excellent sales, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improve team performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing sales landscapes
