OFFLINE SALES LEADER | AFL


This AGP Fast-track⚡ Leadership (AFL) program is for those selected, deserving candidates who, if given the right grooming and platform, have the ambition and self-belief to champion their area of interest. You will be rotated in various roles for a few months each to learn processes, manage teams, adapt to new scenarios, and grow the business. And eventually selected to lead a department. AGP Sales Managers enjoy the highest respect, incentives, and confidence in conducting themselves as the backbone of AGP.



Program Structure 🏆

✔️  First 6 months  Business Development Executive

Interact with school Principals to pitch our offering and convince them for Teacher Workshops. Learn how to build relations.       


✔️  Next 6 months  Sales Executive 

Follow-up on decision makers and close sales activities. Learn ATL and BTL activities approach.


✔️  Next 6 months  Business Development Lead 

Manage a team of graduates and run regional campaigns for the same and generate demand. Learn the art of generating demand in the market by closing the loop of schools and retailers.


Daily Responsibilities

✔️  Understand our product catalog and the dynamics of relationship 

        building. Also, learn to use our CRM system inside out for daily updates.

✔️  Offline visit with our B2B customers and take feedback daily. 

        Identify trends to devise a change in strategy.

✔️  QC and training of executives on the ground by traveling to their cities



Skills Needed 🧰

✔️  Strong desire to build a career in the Sales/BD domain

✔️  Strong communication and Negotiation skills

✔️  Willing to travel 100% of the time
