Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across general industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver customized solutions.
Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Adaptable to working across various industries and client types.
Nice to Have:
Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
Existing network within the B2B business community.
Background in solution selling or consultative sales approach.
