We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales growth across the industries. In this role, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and driving overall revenue. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across general industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Adaptable to working across various industries and client types.


Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
  • Existing network within the B2B business community.
  • Background in solution selling or consultative sales approach.
