Job Description

The Business Development Administrator is responsible for providing leadership to the Information Operations division of MUUD. The team member is responsible for brand strategy and outreach, public relations and fostering community / media relationships, and is responsible for procuring funding for the application and wearable, competitor analysis and more.


In this role, along with the Executive Team, you will assist in creating and executing the overall mission and brand strategy of the company. Strategic objectives will be executed through the assignment of weekly projects to team members via project management tools (Jira, Google Drive, Excel, Google Workspace), and will be monitored daily / weekly.


The ideal candidate has a background in grant writing, marketing, communications and social media, must be able to meticulously manage and organize a wide range of administrative tasks and projects, communicate efficiently, possess impeccable research and writing skills, work well in an environment often changing priorities and plans, and has a great attitude towards supporting others. This candidate should have experience securing funding for tech startups.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

· Procure funding for the application and wearable.

· Build and maintain external company relationships leading to funding opportuinities

· Project management - creating, assigning and monitoring projects and events

· Daily administrative tasks

· Collaborate with CEO, executive leadership and designers

· Present data backed pipelines for funding partners

· Contribute to Business Communications and Business Marketing projects as needed


The ideal candidate has

· A background in health or tech funding / VCs

· Experience in Grant writing and procuring funds for startups or small businesses

· Knowledge of social media, marketing, and public relations

· Excellent Project Management skills

· Administrative skills is a must

· High level of proficiency in Asana and all google software (drive, docs, gmail, calendar, etc.)

· A strong sense of responsibility with a highly motivated & positive attitude

· An ability to convey sensitive information with tact

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills

· Proactive communication skills

· Initiative and creativity

· A personal passion for mental health/wellness

· The ability to adapt quickly to change


*Please note this is a non clinical position


Terms of Employment

This is a part time, fully remote, contracted position with prescheduled meetings. Offering 10 hours per week with competitive pay. This position reports directly to the CEO.
