Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (EPC Project) located in delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, managing sales processes, and overseeing project management tasks. The role involves regular client communication, report preparation, and alignment of project timelines with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for detailed business planning and strategy development
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
• Experience in Business Planning and Sales to identify and secure new opportunities
• Proven Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bujumbura
• Previous experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant business software and tools
