Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive our next stage of growth. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, clients, and partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our lending footprint
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, client-focused funding outcomes
  • Represent Equity Access in the market as a trusted and dynamic partner

What You'll Need

✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Background in financial services or private lending

✔ Experience working with brokers or in the mortgage lending space
