Summary

Are you a strategic business development professional with a passion for the games industry and a strong global network?


We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive partnerships, improve brand visibility, and shape global strategies across multiple territories. This is a remote role with frequent travel to key gaming hubs including Beijing, Japan, Korea, and the US.


You'll play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and aligning internal teams around market-specific goals.


What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Developing and managing relationships with key business partners to boost global brand awareness
  • Collaborating with development, marketing, and leadership teams to define and execute commercial strategies
  • Attending global gaming conferences and networking events to build industry connections and stay informed on trends
  • Coordinating with platform partners like Apple and Google for successful product launches and campaigns
  • Monitoring market shifts and competitor activity to guide long-term business planning
  • Proactively identifying partnership opportunities and negotiating high-impact deals


What They Want To See…

  • 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, key players, and business models
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Bonus points for fluency in Japanese or Korean
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage partnerships
  • Excellent contract review and deal structuring abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A strong, existing network in the global gaming space
