Position Overview

The Business Development Manager – Specialty Gas is responsible for going to market end to get more projects be spec in (Design institute, Furniture manufacture, End user), bringing more projects to sales team, and influencing engineering companies to use GCE products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect project information and carry out brand and solution introduction by establishing and maintaining good relations with design institutes, Furniture manufactures, and global key accounts.
• Work with the sales manager in market development, customer development and marketing branding plans.
• Cooperate with existing sales team to promote the project and achieve successful project signing.
• Understand market trends and collect valuable information including competitors and market trends, to support the company's strategy and product development.
• Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
• Set and implement new products business plan by developing new customers and distributor partners.
• Responsible for meeting personal sales objectives for a given territory (global key accounts, new products, selected customers).
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
• Travel Requirements more than 40%.

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing Management or Engineering.
• More than 5 years’ industrial product project sales experience, familiar with the process of project promotion.
• Sales background in laboratory industry or instrument is preferred.
• Experience in market development of design institutes is preferred.
• Sensitive to market trends, good market judgment and development ability.
• Strong communication skills, planning and execution skills, observation and adaptability.
• Good sense of teamwork with self-management ability.
• Strong anti-pressure ability.
