Summary

Ash (China) Holding Co.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Developing long term collaborative projects with the potential customers
  • Collect , analyze and share the key findings of competitive information to sales team
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Regular training to sales team on the product USP’s and latest applications / technologies
  • Possibly conducting customer webinars on Ashland products
  • Away travel between 30% to 40%
  • Developing a robust opportunity pipeline for future business
  • Maintaining all records within SalesForce.com

To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Preferably pharma graduate and MBA is an added advantage
  • A minimum of 15 years of successful technical selling experience in pharma excipients
  • Already established with a network of industry contacts
  • Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to prospect and network at the accounts to establish new growth opportunities.
  • The ability to relate to all levels in an organization.
  • Experience in Key Account Management
