该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： We are looking for a Business

Development Manager (focusing on Digital sector based in our Shanghai (Songhong Road):

• You will create strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the digital sector at both senior and mid-management levels to understand their business needs and goals,
• You will drive business development activities (find prospects and leads) and sell our offers to existing or new customers,
• You will foster a steady business growth and profitability while ensuring at the same time the quality of project deliverables,
• You will participate in the full recruitment cycle (supported by our recruitment team), from drafting job descriptions aligned with customers’
  
  

needs, through profile selection, interviews, qualification meetings, and onboarding and project integration,

• You will take care of your consultants under your scope as their direct supervisor / manager. 任职要求：
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business and / or Engineering
  
  

(preferred Engineering),

• At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
  
  

(sales, business management, business development),

• Experience with / knowledge of engineering and technology consulting industry / business model,
• Background in recruitment is a plus,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen,
• A self-starter, with consistent ‘’can-do’’ spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative,
• Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
