  • Key responsibilities What functions/responsibilities will the postholder be responsible for? Break down into actions.
  • PROSPECTING,QUALIFICATION & NUTURE
  • In-depth understanding of the liquid waste disposal market; 5-10 years relevant working experience
  • Plan the development strategy of hazardous waste and solid waste in East China regional market, and organize the implementation of market promotion;
  • Responsible for establishing hazardous waste market development management system, improving various business management systems, and establishing working standards and processes for market development;
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of annual and monthly marketing strategies and marketing plans, regular analysis and summary of market development progress, and urge the completion of market targets;
  • Responsible for managing information collection, collation and exchange, organizing market research and analysis, mastering market dynamics, collating and updating target customers and market bidding and bidding information;
  • Responsible for selecting customers, organizing project approval, grasping the negotiation bottom line, doing a good job in business negotiation, and promoting agreement reaching;
  • Responsible for the company's customer relationship maintenance and procedures and other management work, pay attention to the customer's business situation, deeply tap the potential of secondary development of old customers, and timely stop losses and chase backfires for risk customers;
  • Responsible for establishing relationship network related to market activities and maintaining the relationship between environmental protection bureaus in the region;
  • Responsible for the establishment, training, assessment and incentive work of the market development team, allocating market development tasks, evaluating market development performance, and completing market development objectives;
  • Complete other work arranged by the general manager.
  • SECURE ORDERS
  • Create compelling propositions and proposals through strategic selling
  • Deliver competitive presentations and pitches to clients
  • Refine Objection Hlandling
  • Create Sales Pursuit Plans
  • Lead negotiations with Clients to maximise Arvia contract award (price, T&Cs)
  • VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER Share market and customer trends & insights with;

Marketing for contribution to creation of articles,social media, case studies and campaigns

R&D for product enhancements and new product development

Operations for prioritisation, work planning & scheduling, stock control

  • Build and maintain client relationships at a senior level to reflect breadth of decision making variables
  • STRATEGIC PLAN
  • Research the market,competitors, competing technology & customer feedback to create valuable insight for the business
  • Lead development of Market Entry plans for new territories and sectors
  • Quarterly Revenue order forecast accuracy
  • Input to the development and evolution of Arvia's product & service portfolio
  • Proactive involvement in the on-going life of Arvia
  • Proactive and regular involvement in meetings.
  • Take the lead on agreed initiatives where appropriate.
