Position Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Superstar to spearhead our sales growth, develop scalable systems, and lay the foundation for a high-performing sales department. If you’re a driven sales professional with 3–5+ years of experience in janitorial or facility services—or a B2B growth hacker with 5+ years of results-driven sales experience, and you consider yourself an overachiever, this role is right for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and client onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client expectations
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with company growth objectives
  • Set up and manage CRM tools, sales processes, and performance metrics
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, facilities teams, and business owners
  • Represent Fresco at networking events and industry functions with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide input on pricing and marketing strategies to support customer acquisition
  • Help establish and eventually lead a growing sales team


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in janitorial/facility services sales OR 5+ years in B2B sales/growth hacking
  • Proven track record of closing commercial cleaning contracts
  • Strong pipeline management and outbound sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating directly with leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales process development is a major plus

  • Base salary of $60,000–$70,000, with uncapped commission potential (earn $60K–$150K+)
