In this position, you will drive projects together with the sales countries of Region West (Belgium, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the Nordics) in the area of sales & pricing
Sales Strategy: analyze the customer channels of a market to consequently define and implement a growth plan (where to play / how to win)
Sales Growth Programs: Grow local sales through developing, optimizing or transforming local customer programs such as loyalty programs and new customer acquisition programs
Product Launches: Facilitate and coordinate upcoming product launches in our sales countries, esp. for Heat Pumps: price positioning, targeting customers, value propositions and Go-2-Market plans
Commercial Excellence: Driving excellence in the area of Sales & Pricing, especially in the smaller markets. E.g., by process optimization, data-driven steering etc.
Stakeholder management will be a pivotal part of your role. Acting as the regional consultant for the Sales Directors of Region West, and the group function Sales & Pricing. Sharing best practices and facilitating planning and reporting processes such as the sales & marketing plan
Effective communication and trust building are vital since you will be (net)working in an international environment and constantly facing all layers of the organization. From engaging an operational team before lunch, to pitching your new ideas to the Regional Director in the afternoon
Being part of a high-performance team requires you to manage time, pressure and conflicts while at the same time pushing through with your projects. As a return, you will gain great exposure with your results
What makes us successful together
Qualifications: Successfully completed your studies (Master) in business administration, economics or equivalent
Know-how: You can draw on several years of successful work experience with focus on Consulting, Sales, Pricing, and/or Marketing, and have a track record in project management
Experiences: Your strong project management, implementation skills and proactive attitude set you apart. On top of this, you are able to collect, analyze and present data, provided by region west countries for top management reviews incl. Partners’ Board presentations. Being familiar with the HVAC industry is a plus (B2B2C)
Personality: You are results-driven and a problem-solver. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be initiating new ideas to challenge the status quo, and lead and implement your own projects according to aligned action plans
Other Must Haves: Willingness to travel regularly (approx. once a month) across Western Europe and an international mindset complete your profile
Language skills: Business fluent English skills are mandatory, German language is a plus, not a must
