Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings. This role also involves supporting marketing and branding efforts, along with overseeing operational activities during events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
● Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to pitch our products/services.
● Support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions.
● Assist in branding activities to enhance product visibility and engagement.
● Coordinate and manage on-ground operations during events, activations, or product launches.
● Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly to close deals.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
● Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track progress against targets.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event operations (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and handle operations under pressure.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
