Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals experienced in IT sales and passionate about bringing in new business.


  • Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and generate potential leads through research, cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms.
  • Pitch IT’s Global Service offerings to prospective clients and convert leads into closed deals.


Understand client needs and match them with our web, marketing, or software development solutions.

Maintain long-term client relationships and manage a growing pipeline.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals.

Keep organized records of outreach, lead status, and communications.


Requirements:


Experience in lead generation or business development for IT or digital service companies.

Knowledge of web technologies, SEO, digital marketing, and custom software/app development.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms is a plus.


Compensation:


Commission-Based Only – Earn a generous percentage on each successful project.

No base salary.
