• Nurture existing clients by ensuring they see consistent value and partnership beyond just campaigns.
• Think critically and creatively to craft strategies that don't just meet targets but raise the bar.

What We're Looking For:

• An MBA (or equivalent) with a strong background in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in business development roles within the digital/media/marketing landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone who can open doors and keep them open.
• A proven track record of building and executing successful growth strategies.
• Highly focused, goal-driven, and someone who genuinely enjoys the thrill of creating impact.
