'Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution of corporate brand campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and BTL channels.
- Manage end-to-end coordination with social, media, and activation agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Brief agencies with clear brand objectives and creative direction, evaluate ideas, and track progress.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
On-Ground & BTL Activations
- Identify and evaluate relevant events, exhibitions, and properties for sponsorship or brand association.
- Plan and execute integrated BTL activities, including IPs, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement events, with digital amplification wherever possible.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for logistics, branding, and activation planning.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and execute campaigns targeted at specific stakeholder groups including business partners, government bodies, internal teams, and influencers.
- Support execution of internal branding activities in collaboration with various teams.
Content & Digital Integration
- Assist in planning and creating content for digital and social media campaigns that reflect corporate values and positioning.
- Coordinate with digital agencies on social media, and reputation management activities.
- Track campaign performance metrics and work with digital teams to optimize as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, CSR, Business Units) to align communication efforts and execute integrated campaigns.
- Maintain calendars and timelines for campaign execution and event planning.
Execution Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report the effectiveness of each campaign using defined KPIs.
- Assist in post-activity analysis, documentation, and learnings to improve future planning.
- Maintain a repository of campaign assets, coverage, and case studies.
