With a presence across multiple markets, they empower small and medium enterprises with faster, fairer, and more accessible financing.


As they continue to grow in the Philippines, they are looking to hire a results-driven and dynamic Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help them build and deepen relationships with SME clients and strategic partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and engage with prospective SME clients across the Philippines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, outbound outreach, and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with SME decision-makers and financial stakeholders.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with relevant industry players (e.g., cooperatives, SME networks, platforms).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including credit, operations, and tech to deliver seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs on leads, conversion rates, and total deal value.
  • Represent company in local events, industry forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and trust.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the FinTech, SME lending, or financial services sector.
  • Strong network of SME clients in the Philippines is a major advantage.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing B2B deals.
  • Comfortable navigating unstructured environments and working independently in a lean team.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
