Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Business Development Executive/Sr. Executive to join our
growing team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using lead generation and contact
discovery tools (such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Apollo.io etc.) to identify new business opportunities,
nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. If you're passionate about sales and

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
• Generate high-quality leads and contact information of key decision-makers within target industries.
• Research and identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, including cold
calling, email campaigns, and networking on social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Segment and target high-potential clients based on business needs and match them with
appropriate IT solutions.
Sales Execution:
• Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value
propositions and benefits.
• Customize presentations and proposals based on client requirements and market trends.
Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
and retention.
• Proactively communicate with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase
engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues related to the
products and services.
Sales & Market Intelligence:
• Use CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads,
track communications, and forecast sales.
• Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to
refine sales strategies.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies, IT industry developments, and solutions that can be
leveraged for client success.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation:
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts based on client needs and organizational
goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals and contracts are aligned with service delivery
capabilities.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, sales interactions, and client
information in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead generation progress, and market trends to
share with senior management.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
• For Executive level: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
within the IT industry.
• For Senior Executive level: 4-6 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven
track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of sales and lead generation tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io,
and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Deep understanding of IT products and services (software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor IT solutions accordingly.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with sales automation and email outreach platforms.
