Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, manage key accounts, and drive overall strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, commercial awareness, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce/digital business landscape.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams for cohesive execution.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for upper management.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business management, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital business will be an added advantage.
