Summary

Position Title: Business Development manager

Location:Bangalore.

ROLE AND RESOINSIBILITIES:

  • Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients across diverse industry verticals throughout India, expanding Intexm Media’s market presence.
  • Client Onboarding Aligned with Business Goals: Understand company objectives and growth targets to onboard clients that align with strategic direction and deliver long-term value.
  • Proactive Client Outreach: Consistently pitch to new clients and be open to traveling across India to attend in-person meetings and build strong business relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships between clients and Intexm Media to ensure satisfaction and sustained partnerships.
  • Client-Centric Strategy Execution: Gain a deep understanding of each client’s marketing goals and collaborate with internal media teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Stay Ahead of Digital Trends: Continuously update yourself on the latest digital marketing trends and industry insights to bring fresh, relevant strategies to client discussions.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth in the India market by collaborating with leading agencies and advertisers. Scale business volumes by aligning with client objectives and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed regional sales targets, including revenue, receivables, and product mix. Act as the key point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide ongoing training, and foster a results-driven culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement across sales functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-including marketing, product, creative, and operations-to deliver customised advertising solutions and ensure flawless campaign execution.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years media sales, advertising, product based sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
