Target Achievement: Meet and exceed regional sales targets, including revenue, receivables, and product mix. Act as the key point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide ongoing training, and foster a results-driven culture.

Skills and qualifications:
4+ years media sales, advertising, product based sales or business development.
