Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) focused on the B2C segment at Guardians EdTech, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our consumer presence and increasing enrolment in our clinical and life science online courses. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and tailoring our course offerings to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research of the B2C education market, identifying target demographics, trends, and competitive opportunities.
Student Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and engage potential students through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and partnerships.
Enrollment Growth: Drive enrollment growth by guiding potential students through the course selection and registration process, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of enrollment specialists or advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Target Achievement: Set clear team and individual enrollment targets, monitor progress, and take proactive steps to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team to identify and select the right candidates for BDA, Sr BDA and Team Lead roles, participating in the interview and selection process.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their educational goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and discounts to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyse conversion rates at each stage of the enrollment process and implement improvements for higher conversion rates.
Feedback Integration: Collect and analyse student feedback to provide insights for course improvement and development.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and enrollment data in the CRM system.

ü Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
