Are you driven by meaningful work and ready to make your mark in the EdTech space? A fast-growing, purpose-led company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their collaborative and ambitious team.


This hybrid role is based in Leeds, with a minimum of two days a week in the office—striking the right balance between flexibility and connection.


What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners
  • Spot commercial opportunities and drive growth across accounts
  • Act as a strategic advisor—ensuring partners feel supported and set up for success
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver results and elevate the partner experience
  • Represent the company at industry events and within the wider EdTech ecosystem


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Passion for education, technology, and innovation
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive, consultative approach
