Summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients interested in DevOps and Cloud services.
  • Qualify leads through detailed assessments of their technical needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct remote presentations and demos of our DevOps and Cloud solutions.
  • Address technical questions and concerns, liaising with our technical team when necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
  • Process orders and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with our marketing, technical, and customer support teams to refine sales strategies and enhance client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the tech or IT services sector.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud concepts and tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and relay them in simple terms to potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
