Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Services to drive revenue growth across our security portfolio. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic enterprise relationships, and expanding our footprint in cybersecurity services including VAPT, SOC services, security solutions, and regulatory compliance advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on cybersecurity services
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in private and public sector accounts.
- Drive enterprise-level sales of services like VAPT, SOC-as-a-Service, GRC consulting, and cloud security assessments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity architects and technical teams to create customized solution proposals.
- Work closely with marketing to run targeted campaigns and generate leads.
- Present tailored cybersecurity solution pitches to CXOs, InfoSec heads, and compliance officers.
- Track cybersecurity trends, evolving threats, and compliance mandates to align offerings.
- Represent Fluidech at InfoSec conferences, expos, and regulatory forums.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Cybersecurity; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services: VAPT, SIEM/SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CAF, CSCRF, etc.
- Experience in selling to CISOs, Risk Managers, and Security Operations teams.
- Excellent consultative sales skills with ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and security events.
