10+ years of proven experience in front end sales with strong existing connects with decision makers at product MNCs from one or more of these industries ( Automotive, Embedded, Semiconductor)
Should be well versed with Staff augmentation / T&M, Turnkey / FPP and ODC models of engagements and should have proven record of closing deals.
Strong track record of successfully opening new accounts and driving sales.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of sales process.
