Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of HR services, market trends, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to promote HR consultancy services including recruitment, staffing, training, and HR advisory.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, training, etc.) to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR consultancy or a related B2B service sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with B2B client acquisition in the HR/recruitment sector.
  • Existing network of HR decision-makers or corporate contacts.
