Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire business from large/mid corporates and SMEs for Working
Capital, Term Loans, Credit Rating, Private Equity, and Trade Finance.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including
promoters and CFOs of companies.
● Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and expand the
client base.
● Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and gather competitive intelligence to identify new
business opportunities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client
satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 3 to 15+ years as a Relationship/Business Development Manager in
providing Working Capital, Term Loans, Credit Rating, Private Equity, and Trade Finance.
● Industry Background: Candidates with experience in banks, credit rating agencies, NBFCs,
financial institutions, or as corporate financial consultants like VGRO are highly suitable.
● Skills: Excellent English fluency and communication skills.
● Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking, NBFCs, credit rating, private equity, and related
financial services such as Working Capital, Term Loans, Structured Finance, etc.
● Local Market Insight: Reasonable understanding of local companies (SMEs, Mid and Large
Corporates) with contacts/access to promoters and CFOs.
