We are seeking a driven and growth-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of business opportunities within the commercial sector, specifically targeting facility management and building/industrial owners in New South Wales (NSW). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Leaders in NSW to target facility managers and building owners for business expansion.
  • Implement sales strategies to exceed business development targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in the facility management or building services industry.
  • Technical qualifications or relevant experience in Fire & Mechanical Services.
  • Strong track record in cold calling, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
