Summary

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our client active in energy industry.


The role is located in Bucharest and requires on-site and field activity.


Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring projects from new and existing customers
  • Preparing tailored proposals based on specific customer needs and requirements
  • Coordinating proposals with the technical and project management departments, particularly ensuring alignment with building and on-site infrastructure requirements
  • Developing and implementing customized sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Leading high-level contract negotiations with the goal of securing long-term and profitable business deals
  • Conducting strategic market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to acquire new customers

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the photovoltaic sector or related industries such as construction
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders at eye level
  • Mastery of essential sales techniques, including objection handling, closing strategies, and customer value arguments
  • Solid experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Very good written and spoken Romanian and English skills; additional languages (eg German) are an advantage
  • High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and teamwork skills
