We’re also open to expertise in Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, Biostats, Commercial, or other scientific/technical areas.

• Full Life Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience in 360° recruitment, including business development, sourcing, and placing candidates.
• Business Development Success: Strong history of client acquisition, negotiating T&Cs, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Specialized Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of your niche within Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Digital Health, or Pharmaceuticals—we’re specialists, not generalists.
• Leadership Skills: Positivity, energy, and a passion for coaching others to success.
