Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, devising strategies for growth, and negotiating contracts. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive market strategies and will be involved in setting targets and managing budgets.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Ability to devise and implement Growth and Market Strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills
  • Experience in setting Targets and Managing Budgets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with the EdTech or Corporate Training industry is a plus
