Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Act as the POC for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Understand client needs and align ODN’s content solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams like creative, production, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with category heads, brand managers, and marketplace teams.
Own the sales funnel, from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contracting.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, content formats, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Monitor delivery timelines and quality, proactively resolving any client concerns.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and delivery status.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in business development & client servicing roles in the e-commerce, digital, or content agency.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Familiarity with content production workflows, creative briefs, and project tracking tools.
