Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Act as the POC for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client needs and align ODN’s content solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, production, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with category heads, brand managers, and marketplace teams.
  • Own the sales funnel, from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contracting.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, content formats, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and quality, proactively resolving any client concerns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and delivery status.


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development & client servicing roles in the e-commerce, digital, or content agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows, creative briefs, and project tracking tools.
