Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Contract Staffing

Location - Delhi NCR / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our lead generation and new client acquisition efforts within the IT contract staffing sector. This role will be focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our contract staffing services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter with a strong understanding of the IT staffing market and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various methods, including market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients for IT contract staffing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' specific IT staffing requirements.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals for contract staffing placements.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, sales progress, and new client wins.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the IT staffing space.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in business development or sales within the IT staffing industry, with a strong focus on lead generation and new client acquisition for contract staffing.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing new business deals.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT talent market and contract staffing processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
