Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the global technology market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector (products, services, or solutions).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to tailor offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set and track sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT or tech industry, globally
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in enterprise sales or B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, or managed IT services.
  • Experience in US, Europe, Middle East and AP regions will be an advantage
