Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics (Antwerp)

This is a permanent position where you'll focus on expanding contract logistics services by identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships with key clients.
As Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to grow the company's presence in the Belgian market through strategic sales of warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders including solution design, operations, and pricing to deliver proposals that meet client needs and align with operational capabilities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contract logistics across Belgium
Engage with potential clients to understand their supply chain challenges and design tailored solutions
Lead the tender and proposal process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure commercially viable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic positioning
Experience in Contract Logistics: Solid knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and value-added services
Proven Sales Success: A strong track record in B2B business development, preferably within logistics or supply chain
Solution-Focused Approach: Ability to translate client needs into operationally sound and commercially viable proposals
Strong Communication Skills: Confident in leading client conversations and coordinating cross-functional teams
Market Insight: Awareness of the Belgian logistics landscape and key industry sectors
