Business Development Manager (2-5 Years)
Lead Generation
Ø Understand the company’s service offerings.
Ø Generating new business opportunities, and building new relationships in order to expand the company’s operations.
Ø Utilize various channels, including relevant online platforms, social media, email marketing, networking events, and cold calling, to generate leads.
Ø Work experience with LinkedIn, google analytics and other social media platform usage.
Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Ø Identify emerging market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
Client Engagement
Ø Approach the prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable business solutions.
Ø Conduct presentations with prospects to showcase our capabilities and expertise.
Ø Prepare and customize proposals, addressing the specific needs of each prospect.
Ø Ensure that proposals are delivered within established timelines and follow up with prospects to answer any queries.
Ø Developing and maintaining the prospects’ database.
Sales Generation
Ø Work towards achieving sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
Ø Use persuasive selling techniques to convert prospects into successful projects.
Ø Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Reporting
Ø Prepare daily sales reports, detailing lead generation activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Ø Regular analysis of data and identify patterns and trends to update marketing efforts.
Requirements
Ø MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ø 2-5 Years of relevant experience.
Ø Basic knowledge of financial domain or investment research
Ø Excellent verbal communication and English writing skills.
Ø The candidate should reflect good interpersonal skills.
Ø Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals, preferably in the research and analytics industry
Ø Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and techniques as well as Tele calling experience
Ø Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
