We are looking for an ambitious Business Developer to strengthen our team!

As our very first sales hire beyond the founding team, you’ll help craft Mozaik’s go-to-market strategy— contribute in writing the playbook, select the right tools, and shape a culture future colleagues can build on. Your work will have a big impact in determining how we engage customers, scale revenue, and grow the company.

You’ll thrive at Mozaik if you:

• Are a proactive doer.that combines a strong commercial drive with the ability to advise clients on data- and AI-powered solutions that fit their complex business challenges. 
• Bring a pragmatic sales approach and a proven track record of building and managing sales pipelines and successfully closing deals.
• Have at least 3 years of experience selling data or AI solutions into medium and large businesses and a track record of setting, hitting and over performing on targets.
• Have a deep passion for all things AI and the expertise to serve as a consultative sales partner to executive and management teams.
• Don't prefer a fully specified career path and are seeking a dynamic, adventure-filled opportunity at a startup.
