Summary

Responsibilities

  • Be Finance Business Partner to support China Wireless business growth and to control investments, to achieve Strategic Target;
  • Lead in yearly Budget and rolling Forecast Process in collaboration with all departments;
  • Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to Management;
  • Monitor and Analyze Actual versus Budget/Forecast, Preparing cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis;
  • Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations;
  • Review and monitor Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting) for China wireless;
  • Transfer Operational language to financial management(IFRS & PRC GAAP);
  • Work closely with Central Fin SSC team and Accounting team;
  • Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies;
  • Projects requested by RFC or China Wireless GM;
  • Perform ad-hoc work requested by Function Leader;

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree major in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field. CMA a plus.
  • Operational finance experience is a plus, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skill, positive personality and team spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong motivation and result oriented
  • Willing to undertake hard-working during peak time
  • Proficient with Excel, PPT
  • Good communication skills in English (written and Oral)
