Objectives:

• To act as financial and operational advisor and solution provider for local business team, in all matters of financial and operational relevance.
  
  

Main Tasks:

• To support various commercial activities by providing scenario planning, profitability simulation, and cost steering
• To identify and realize opportunities on simplification and automation in BU’s financial and controlling process
• To continuously explore and develop digital solutions to enable financial planning and steering faster and better
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors are financial intelligence management, financial data technology, etc.
• Working Experience: >4 years' relevant experiences in financial controlling
• Working Experience esp. in process optimization, automation, and digital solutions is a must
• Deep understanding and working experience in digital tools (e.g. Power BI) is a must
• Big 4 or FMCG background is a plus.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications
• Business centric, strong communication skills, good team player
