In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Commerce platform, with the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resolve technical challenges while driving innovative solutions for e-commerce features.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of product features.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions to improve user experiences and operational efficiency.
A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to design digital experiences that enhance satisfaction, drive engagement, and improve the overall customer journey in e-commerce and branded merchandise.
Proficient with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar hybrid role, working in an ecommerce business.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
