Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement standard reports and billing templates using data mining, trend analysis, and modeling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and refine reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Analyze complex data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Present data findings clearly to support decision-making.
• Train users on new reports and tools.
• Support the rollout and evaluation of new finance systems; present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify and automate manual finance processes to boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center or finance operations, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Skills:

• Strong in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in ERP systems like SAP (SAP certification preferred).
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Skilled in Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate is a big plus.
• Experience in data mining and statistical analysis.
• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming and automation tools.
