Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Conduct process analysis and provide insights for IT systems improvements. Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Work closely with the project management team to monitor progress and mitigate risks. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solutions meet business needs. Prepare detailed reports, process flows, and documentation. Conduct research and stay updated with emerging technologies to propose innovative IT solutions. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT company or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of IT systems and their role in business processes. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other project management software. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
