🚀 We're Hiring: Business Analyst – AI Projects

Location: Hybrid (Client Visits in Africa & Middle East)

At Myrix Labs, we’re building nature-inspired, adaptive AI systems to solve real-world business challenges. We're looking for a sharp, business-savvy Business Analyst to join multiple AI transformation initiatives in the retail sector for our clients in the Middle East and East Africa.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Translate retail business requirements into actionable AI-driven solutions
• Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and UAT
• Create BRDs, user stories, workflows, process maps, and specs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product)
• Support multiple AI projects in parallel
• Travel for periodic on-site visits to client locations (Middle East / East Africa)
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in tech or retail
• Strong understanding of digital transformation; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
• Experience working in agile teams with enterprise clients
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures; open to multicultural environments
• Prior exposure to Middle East or African markets is an added advantage
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements across East Africa & the Middle East
