We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in a product-based company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in documentation, requirement gathering, effective communication with development teams, and client management. This role will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring seamless project execution.

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Develop detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Cases.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate requirements, clarify doubts, and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze and map existing business processes and suggest enhancements to align with project objectives.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to visualize project requirements.
• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and validation of requirements.
• Manage change requests and update documentation accordingly.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback, resolve queries, and manage expectations effectively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and work proactively to mitigate them.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a product-based company.
• Strong documentation skills, including the creation of BRDs, FSDs, and process flows.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with development teams and clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
