We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective technical solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

● Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimized solutions.

● Technical Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.

● Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design and validate technical solutions that meet business objectives.

● Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and ensure solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

● Project Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

You should have

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on technical analysis and solution implementation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).

Understanding of system integration and data mapping.

Good to have:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
