The Business Analyst II supports departmental operations by analyzing data, improving processes, and providing recommendations for enhancements. This role involves conducting business process assessments, project planning, and collaborating with teams to implement improved practices.
Business Analyst II – Accounts Payable Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned functions.
Develop and coordinate project plans to accomplish tasks.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management.
Resolve issues raised by internal and external customers.
Track and ensure timely completion of projects and daily tasks.
Collaborate with teams to refine and institutionalize solutions.
Monitor workflows to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Identify risks and recommend process improvements.
Evaluate and develop training materials and provide training as needed.
Support cross-functional teams on special projects.
Business Analyst II – Accounts Payable Position Requirments
Bachelor’s degree o r equivalent (high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience).
At least 3 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with accounts payable is highly preferred.
Proficiency in data analytics, project management, and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle, SAP Concur, and Coupa.
Experience managing P-Cards, Travel & Expense Cards, and Virtual Cards. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
