Kforce has an enterprise client in Northern California who is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This will largely be a remote position, but candidates must be located within California and open to being onsite in Northern California once per month. Summary: In this role, you will initially take on tasks relating to process improvements and governance policies for the HR Analytics team. Over time, this role will evolve to take on more direct work with analytics and data analysis.* 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst or related role * Exposure or understanding of data analysis (ideally within the HR domain) * Strong interest in data analysis and analytics * Permanent residence within the state of California; Willingness to be onsite in San Ramon, CA once per month with the rest of the team * Prior experience in the utility industry is a big plus but not required
