Job Description Responsibilities: * Provide actionable insights to senior leadership by analyzing key metrics, identifying and monitoring trends and opportunities * Collaborate closely with accounting, business development, legal, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable events and ensure cohesive execution across channels * Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs, providing actionable insights for cross-functional and leadership teams * Manage data pipelines and collaborate with product and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and integration across platforms * Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement * Analyze large structured and un-structured datasets, develop deep-dive analysis to generate insights * Drive efforts in forecasting support based on business trends, historical data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support long-term strategic planning efforts across various channels * Identify and drive opportunities for automation, and streamline planning processes & workflows where possible * Document standard procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency
